Gameweek 7 of the official Premier League fantasy football(FPL) is fast approaching.

For those Seagulls fans that play fantasy football, here are five players you should consider taking a punt on:

Patrick Bamford, Leeds:

The 27-year-old has made an impressive start to the season netting six times.

He is in fine form having scored a hat trick in their 3-0 win over Aston Villa last weekend.

Bamford has only failed to score in two games this season.

With 49 points to his name, only Harry Kane has got more points.

Leeds play Leicester at home on Monday and when you look at his price 5.9 million is a steal.

Aaron Cresswell, West Ham:

The full-back has picked the third-most assists this season with three.

He has also played every minute for the Hammers, keeping two clean sheets in the process.

Cresswell can also strike a ball well, so he could also score goals.

West Ham may travel to Liverpool but given the fact, The Reds have not quite been at their best and are without Virgil Van Dijk they could pull off a shock.

John McGinn, Aston Villa:

McGinn has picked up four assists this season for Aston Villa, with only Kane (8) getting more.

Villa host Southampton on Sunday, in a game which they will see as winnable.

With McGinn having already got 29 points and being priced at 5.5 million he is a bargain.

Sam Johnstone, West Brom:

The 27-year-old goalkeeper has been a key figure for West Brom.

He has made 26 saves, which is the second most with only Karl Darlow (31) having more.

Next up for the Baggies is Fulham away on Monday, who are yet to win at home this season.

Johnstone will be hoping to pick up his second clean sheet of the season.

At 4.5 million he certainly worth backing.

Neal Maupay, Albion:

I could not let this one pass by without suggesting taking a gamble on an Albion player.

Maupay has made a great start to the campaign scoring in Albion’s first four league games of the season.

He may have not hit the back of the net since coming back from the international break, but if he keeps having chances it is only a matter of time before it changes.

With Tottenham up next, who have only kept one clean sheet this season it could be the perfect time for Maupay to get back on track.

With 36 points and at 6.6 million, he is certainly worth taking a chance on.
