Former Oldham record-breaker Zac Emmerson has scored his first goal for Albion.
His well-taken lob in injury time secured a 2-1 win for the under-18s at home to West Brom.
Emmerson’s switch from the Latics in the summer caused quite a stir in the North West.
He became Oldham’s youngest ever player and the youngest for any club in the EFL since 2008 when he made his debut at the age of 15 years and 73 days last season.
Emmerson went on after 74 minutes for the young Seagulls and scored after a through ball by Zak Sturge caused problems.
Cameron Peupion scored the first goal for Albion, a fifth in the last four games for the Australia youth international striker who was signed from Sydney during the summer.
