Graham Potter says Albion have been playing as well as at any time of his tenure.

But he would love to see an improvement – and some better results.

The head coach is pleased with much of what he has seen of late, with the exception of part of the 1-1 draw with West Brom.

He said: “When you look back on the games we have played, from a performance perspective it’s probably the best we have played, certainly since I have been at the club as a block of games, apart maybe from half of a half against West Brom.

“Generally the performance level has been good.

“Then we are a little bit frustrated of course with the results because they are not quite what we wanted.

“We have been trying to improve, that’s where we are at.

“Even though I think we have played well, I think there is still room to improve.

“That’s what we have been trying to do.

“The break has come and you have got to try and use it on as good a way as you can.”
