Former Albion boss Gus Poyet could be back heading back into League One management.
Some bookies have stopped taking bets on the Uruguayan returning to Sunderland, where he was in charge five years ago.
The Black Cats are set to be taken over by Poyet’s compatriot Juan Sartori.
It is now a decade since Poyet led Albion to the League One title ahead of Southampton.
The two South Coast clubs meet again in the Premier League on Monday.

Poyet, now 53, managed Sunderland in the top flight between 2013 and 2015.
His situation is expected to become clear within the next 24 hours.
