Albion defender Tariq Lamptey admits he is not used to being off the pitch for such a long time.
The 20-year-old has missed their last seven games with a hamstring injury.
Head coach Graham Potter confirmed earlier this month that Lamptey had suffered a setback and would be out for a few weeks.
But the full back admits it has been a tough time for him.
He said: “It is a bit of a frustrating period for me at the moment because I am not used to being off the pitch.
“But it has given me some time to reflect and I am working hard to be back on the pitch soon.
“So hopefully, it will not be too long.”
Lamptey has been lucky with injuries in his career so far.
He said: “I fractured my collarbone two or three years ago, so that was the only other time I have had some time off football.
“Apart from that I am normally quite healthy and fit and used to playing every game.”
