Albion target Moises Caicedo has been given the green light to travel to England.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who plays for Ecuadorian side Independiente Del Valle has been linked a move to the Seagulls during the January transfer window.
Last week The Argus reported that Caicedo was closing in on his move and that Albion were just waiting for a work permit.
However, in an interview on Ecuadorian radio station Area 88 FM, Independiente Del Valle general manager Santiago Morales held up a visa to the screen and said: "There's the visa so he can travel to England. It came yesterday."
He also confirmed that Caicedo will travel to England tomorrow.
