Graham Potter has highlighted the Liverpool powerplay which will be a threat to Albion at Anfield.

The Seagulls expect their run of clean sheets to come under serious threat as they visit the champions on Wednesday.

Potter knows his side will never be able to feel they are safe.

That was highlighted by Liverpool’s second goal in their win at West Ham on Sunday when they broke from a West Ham corner.

Potter said: “Their transition is incredibly powerful, well coached, a well-oiled machine with incredible physicality and quality.

“The goal they scored against West Ham from a corner is as higher quality of goal as you’re likely to see.

POTTER WILL BE PATIENT WITH MOISES

“So they have got that physicality, that quality. You get yourself excited because you’re around their box, but pretty quickly it’s in the back of your net.

“That’s the challenge Liverpool bring. They’re also dominant with possession and push you back.

THE MAJOR ACCOLADE CAICEDO HAS RECEIVED BACK HOME

“As you’d expect from a team that has accumulated so many Premier League points the last couple of years, they’re the champions, the champions of Europe a season ago, they’re one of the best, so we know that and respect that.

“But we want to go there and do our best.”
