Former Albion goalkeeper David Stockdale was on hand to deny Crawley a point on his return to Sussex last night.
The 2016-17 promotion winner, who is on an emergency loan at League Two side Stevenage from Wycombe, saved a penalty from Reds striker Tom Nichols late on to help his side to win 1-0 at The People's Pension Stadium.

The only goal of the game in the 83rd minute through a superb strike from Elliot Osborne.
He picked up the ball on the left wing, before then cutting inside and hitting an effort from 25 yards, which flew into the top corner.
Crawley head coach John Yems felt his side let themselves down in the final third.
He said: "I thought we played well, but we were not good enough in the final third.
"They get a goal which the lad may never score a goal like that again.
"We then miss a penalty and it ends 1-0, there is not really a lot I can say."
