Wilfried Zaha has been ruled out of the Crystal Palace side to face Albion.
Any doubt over his participation after recent injury problems was ended by Roy Hodgson at 7pm.
The Palace boss revealed a team showing five changes to that which kicked off the recent 3-0 defeat at home to Burnley.
But Zaha was not among them.
Gary Cahill, Joel Ward, Andros Townsend, Jean-Philippe Mateta and Tyrick Mitchell all come into the XI.
Patrick van Aanholt, Scott Dann, Nathaniel Clyne, Christian Benteke and Michy Batshuayi drop to the bench.
James McCarthy has been passed fit for the bench after recovering from a groin injury.
Crystal Palace: Guaita; Ward, Cahill, Kouyate, Mitchell; Riedewald, Milivojevic, Eze, Townsend; Mateta, Ayew. Subs: Butland, Clyne, Dann, Van Aanholt, Benteke, McCarthy, Batshuayi, Kelly.
