Graham Potter admits there is concern and frustration over Tariq Lamptey’s ongoing injury problems.

The wing-back has suffered a setback in his recovery from a hamstring issue.

He misses tomorrow's game at home to Leicester City (8pm, Sky Sports) along with Adam Webster and Solly March.

Albion have sought specialist advice and are awaiting further prognosis before making a call on whether Lamptey misses the rest of the season.

But time is running out for him to add to the impression he has made in the Premier League this season.

Head coach Potter said: “In terms of time, there’s not that much time left of the season, depending on the state of the injury.

“At the moment we’re not quite sure.

“We need to get to the bottom of it because clearly at the moment we’re not quite there with that and it’s frustrating for him and it’s frustrating for us.

“But we will and he’ll come back stronger and he’ll be better for the experience.

“We’ve got to look at it that way, try to be as positive as we can.

“But clearly there’s a concern and a frustration, because he’s not available for us at the moment, and I feel for Tariq.”
