Adam Lallana can play a big role for Albion in the run-in.

And it could be in partnership with Neal Maupay.

Graham Potter was pleased with how they combined against Leicester.

Maupay sent Lallana in to score and roles were reversed when a goal was ruled out.

Head coach Potter said: “I haven’t seen the offside but it was not so far away and it could have been a second goal.

“I thought they seemed to work well in and out of possession, defence and attack.

“Adam scored a really good goal and Neal did well for the goal as well. I was pleased with their work together.”

Lallana opened his account for Albion on his first start since December 27.

Potter said: “Whenever Adam has played in that more advanced role be has contributed to assists or chances.

“He links things up well in there. That is his first 90 minutes in a while as well. We have to make sure he recovers but I was pleased with them both.”
