Newcastle grabbed a last-gasp equaliser in the Premier League relegation battle tonight.
Jamaal Lascelles scored right at the end of added time to secure a 1-1 draw at home to Aston Villa.
The result takes them two points above Albion, who now have a game in hand.
Ollie Watkins’ 86th-minute header went in off Toon defender Ciaran Clark for the opening goal.

That came soon after sub Jacob Murphy hit the bar for Newcastle and appeared to be a hammer blow to the hosts.
But Lascelles headed home with just seconds remaining.
