Jakub Moder has been given his first start in the Premier League.
He replaces Dan Burn in the one change of personnel to the side which kicked off last Sunday at Southampton.
That means Andi Zeqiri does NOT retain his place after a bright second half down the left at Saints.
Burn suffered a hamstring problem in that match but is named on the bench tonight.
Aaron Connolly is not in the 20.
It is unclear what formation Albion will use.
Miguel Almiron returns for Newcastle after a knee injury. Javier Manquillo also starts. Emil Krafth and Dwight Gayle miss out.
