He played the first 73 minutes before being replaced as part of a triple tactical substitution.
Poland were 2-0 down by then and that remained the score until full-time.
The match was played at the San Pedro del Pinatar complex in Spain.
Karbownik had a full 90 minutes with Albion under-23s four weeks ago but the club have been taking things carefully with his adaptation to English football.
