How Albion’s players rated against Everton:

Robert Sanchez 7/10:

Almost gave Richarlison an open goal to aim at after taking a heavy touch from a backpass, but just about got away with it.

He only had one save to make in the game to deny James Rodriguez in the 70th minute.

Pascal Gross 7/10:

Continued at right wing back and put in some dangerous deliveries from set-pieces, which led to a couple of chances.

Joel Veltman 8/10:

Did well to cover for Jakub Moder on a couple of occasions. He also made some good tackles and interceptions.

Ben White 7/10:

Made some good headed clearances from set pieces and looked calm and assured at the back.

Lewis Dunk 7/10:

Was booked for a tackle on Richarlison early on in the second half.

Saw his looping header well tipped over the bar by Robin Olsen.

Jakub Moder 8/10:

Got the nod over Dan Burn and certainly made his presence felt in a couple of challenges.

Went close to opening his account in either half, the first from a volley and the second from a corner off the training ground.

He was replaced by Burn late on.

Yves Bissouma 8/10:

Almost put Albion ahead in spectacular style after his overhead kick landed on the roof of the net.

Made a vital tackle to stop Gylfi Sigurdsson pulling the trigger from just outside the box.

Adam Lallana 8/10:

An energetic display from the midfielder and was at the heart of everything they did well.

Leandro Trossard 7/10:

Had a couple of efforts in the second half which were deflected wide.

Neal Maupay 6/10:

His barron run infront of goal continues.

The striker had arguably Albion's best chance of the match which he put wide when he should have least hit the target, after some good work from Bissouma to set him up.

He was then replaced by Alireza Jahanbakhsh late on.

Danny Welbeck 6/10:

A quiet night for the striker. Had a few chances but could not apply the finishing touch.

Substitutes:

Dan Burn N/A:

Did not have enough time to do anything.

Alireza Jahanbakhsh N/A:

Did not have enough time to do anything.
