Sussex are bringing international cricket back to Hove.

England’s women will stage IT20s against India and New Zealand at the 1st Central County Ground this season.

World finalists India visit for the second Vitality IT20 of the series on Sunday, July 11.

New Zealand are at Hove on Saturday, September 4, again in the second meeting of the series.

The England squad is likely to feature Sussex stars Danni Wyatt, Freya Davies and Georgia Elwiss.

Hove will also see the best in the women’s domestic game as Southern Vipers defend the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy.

Vipers are in 50-over action against Central Sparks on Saturday, June 5.

They also a T20 fixture at the ground as Georgia Adams’ side take on the Sparks again on Wednesday, August 25.

Hove has established a reputation as the home of women’s cricket in this country.

Sussex chief executive Rob Andrew said: “We missed hosting high-profile women’s matches last summer immensely so it is with huge anticipation that we can look forward to these four fantastic fixtures at Hove in 2021.”
