Stuart Attwell will be the man in the middle when Albion head to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on Tuesday (8pm, Sky Sports).
It will be the third time that the 38-year-old has taken charge of the Seagulls this season and they will be hoping to keep up their impressive record under him.
In the three games he has refereed this season Albion have won one and drawn two.
That win came last month as they beat Southampton 2-1 at St Mary's.
The Seagulls record when Attwell has been in charge is also very good.
On the 17 occasions he has refereed them they have won seven, drawn five and lost five.
Jonathan Moss will be in the hotseat at Stockley Park on VAR.
