Albion are set to welcome fans back to the Amex this season.
It is understood the Premier League have told clubs the penultimate round of matches will be pushed back to May 18 and 19.
It is not expected to confirm those plans until broadcast arrangements are fully in place.
Albion conclude their home programme versus Manchester City, who are likely to have been crowned as champions by them.
They would be allowed 25% of capacity, or about 7,500 fans, for the game.
Clubs are still hopeful of opening stadia to full capacity from August.
