Adam Webster and Dan Burn are back in the starting XI for Albion.
They return after injuries as Graham Potter makes three personnel changes to what had been a settled XI.
Alexis Mac Allister also returns.
Neal Maupay, Adam Lallana and Jakub Moder are on the bench.
There are also likely to be positional tweaks.
Chelsea make five changes to the side which played Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final.
