Crawley youngster Rafiq Khaleel has gone on trial with Premier League side West Ham.

The 18-year-old Moroccan midfielder only signed his first professional contract with the Reds in February last year.

This season he has featured twice for John Yems side with both of those appearances coming in the EFL Trophy, including playing the full 90 minutes in their win over Ipswich in November.

He was also an unused substitute in their FA Cup Fourth Round defeat to Bournemouth in January, as well as their Carabao Cup defeat to Millwall.

He was also an unused substitute in three of their league games this month, including most recently in their 0-0 draw at home to Forest Green on Saturday.
