Jonathan Moss has been confirmed as the referee for Albion's trip to Molineux on Sunday (12pm, BBC One).
Moss has only taken charge of the Seagulls once this season in their 1-1 draw at the Amex against West Brom in October.
Overall, on the 16 occasions that the 50-year-old has taken charge of Albion they have won six, drawn four and lost six.
Graham Potter's men are unbeaten in their last three games that Moss has refereed winning one and drawing two, of which one of those draws came against Wolves at the Amex in December 2019.
In charge of VAR is Andre Marriner.
