Albion chairman Tony Bloom will be hoping to make it two winners in the space of a week when Withold runs at Chester this afternoon (3:15pm).

Bloom had success at Punchestown last Thursday when Energumene went off as the 2/5 favourite and convincingly won by 16 lengths.

However, Withold, will be more an outside shot in The Tote Ormonde Stakes at Chester this aftenoon, at 14/1.

The eight-year-old will have to beat the favourite Japan, who is ridden by Brighton-born jockey Ryan Moore (pictured below).

The five-year-old is has won five races, but it’s last win came back in August 2019 at York (pictured above) where it won by a head.
