Alexis Mac Allister starts for Albion on the night the fans return.
The Argentina international – left out of his nation’s latest squad this week – replaces Leandro Trossard in the starting XI as the Seagulls host Manchester City.
Trossard is among the subs as, again, is Adam Lallana.
Albion are still without the injured Joel Veltman and banned Lewis Dunk and Neal Maupay.
