Ben White has made a lot of progress with Albion - and is off to Euro 2020
Albion defender Ben White is off to Euro 2020 with England.
Now the Seagulls’ academy boss John Morling has spoken about how the 23-year-old got there.
He recalled the first time he saw White with Albion after he had been let go by Southampton.
Morling also revealed an area in which White has had to make great strikes.
And he highlighted huge advantages of a loan stint at Newport – where manager Michael Flynn tipped him to play for England.
