Brighton's Leandro Trossard and Joel Veltman will be hoping to get chance to shine at the Euros today with both Belgium and the Netherlands having already qualified for the knockout stages.

Trossard could be set to make his first appearance for Belgium at the Euro 2020.

The Red Devils have won both of their group games so far and look set to rotate their side in their final match in Group B against Finland.

Trossard was an unused substitute in both their victories over Russia and Denmark.

However, Robert Martinez has confirmed that Anyway Eden Hazard, Axel Witsel, Kevin De Bruyne and Thomas Vermaelen, who all came off the bench against Denmark will all start against Finland.

But yesterday morning Belgium were dealt a blow as they confirmed that Borussia Dortmund’s Thorgan Hazard will not travel with the squad to Saint Petersburg, after suffering a knock to his knee against Denmark.

That saw him miss their training session on Saturday and could open the door for Trossard.

Joel Veltman could also enjoy game time for the Netherlands at Euro 2020 as they face North Macedonia today (5pm).

The 29-year-old has only played two minutes in the competition so far with PSV’s Denzil Dumfries impressing at right back.

Manager Frank De Boer has hinted that he may rotate his side for their clash with Macedonia.

He said: "We are now going to consult with the staff and the players themselves. Some guys need rest, others benefit from rhythm.

"The match in Budapest is the most important and you have to make the right choice for that."

However, early indications were that Veltman will not start the game.
