Adam Webster has been working hard in the wind and rain as pre-season nears.
The Albion defender was out on the track in very unseasonal weather in Worthing yesterday.
He was working under the guidance of fitness trainer George Branford.
Webster’s close friend and former Portsmouth colleague Connor Chaplin, now of Barnsley, was also in the group along with Connor Cody, who plays for Chichester City.

They got through a series of 400m sprints in conditions more akin to the football season than the longest day of summer.
