Is this Davy Propper heading for a return to PSV?
That was the question fans were asking after a snap appeared this morning of the Albion midfielder at the Dutch club’s base in Eindhoven.
It was taken by @_psvalerts.
Propper was met by staff member Mart van den Heuvel.
Rik Elfink, of Eindhovens Dagbat newspaper, later reported seeing Propper at the Philips Stadion and had seen him in PSV’s new away shirt.

The Holland international midfielder is expected to rejoin PSV for a seven-figure fee.
But confirmation of the move is not expected today.
