A MAN has been charged with murder following the sudden death of another man in Cheshire

On the evening of August 4, Miroslaw Iwaniuk, 50, was taken by ambulance from a Transport Depot at Astmoor Industrial Estate, Brindley Road, Runcorn to Warrington Hospital, but sadly died.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the lorry driver’s death led to three people aged 47,41 and 44 being arrested on suspicion of murder.

A Home office Post Mortem has taken place and next of kin have been informed.

Following the investigation into the death, Rafal Seremak, 44, of Wolomin in Poland has been charged with murder and was due to appear at North Cheshire Magistrates Court today (Saturday, August 7).

The 47-year-old man was released without charge and the 41-year-old man was released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
