Worthing midfielder Ricky Aguiar has joined League Two side Swindon Town on a free transfer.
The 20-year-old joined The Rebels in 2018 and in his three years at the club made 95 appearances, scoring 15 goals in the process.
In that time he won both the Manager’s Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season awards in 2018/19, before retaining Manager’s Player once again in 2019/20.
He will now join up with the League Two outfit, who begun their 2021/22 season on Saturday with a 3-1 win over Scunthorpe, having also been on trial at League One side Wycombe Wanderers during the summer.
Worthing said: “We would like to wish Ricky all the best in what is sure to be a long and successful career in professional football."

Swindon director of football, Ben Chorley said: "For a 20-year-old, Ricky brings a massive amount of experience in men's football, to play in excess of 80 games by the age of 20 at any level is very encouraging, but to do it in the Isthmian league week in and week out is testament to his character.
"We put Ricky in the same bracket signing as Mo Dabre - young, hungry players that we can coach and mould within our first team environment."
Aguiar will wear number 28 for Town this season.
Former Albion winger Dean Cox, who joined Worthing from Eastbourne Borough this summer, put out a following tweet about Aguiar's transfer: "Swindon have got some player"
