Brighton head coach Graham Potter has given an injury update on his squad ahead of their opening game against Burnley on Saturday afternoon (3pm).
The Albion head coach has confirmed that Danny Welbeck (thigh), Tariq Lamptey (Hamstring), Dan Burn (knee), Moises Caicedo (knee) and Kjell Scherpen (ankle) will all miss the start of the season.
But ahead of their trip to Turf Moor, Potter has given an injury update on his squad.
He said: “No not fresh still without Danny, Dan and Tariq Lamptey all making good progress but came too soon.
“Moises came back from the Copa America and Kjell rolled his ankle.”
“But apart from that we the rest of the squad are available for selection.”
