Jeremy Sarmiento could make his senior international debut for Ecuador overnight.

Boss Gustavo Alfaro says the Albion prospect will get on during the current batch of World Cup qualifiers.

He has suggested that could come versus Bolivia tonight - but he won’t start the game.

Sarmiento, born in Madrid of Ecuadorian parents, has played age group football for England.

But he was delighted to accept a first call-up for the Ecuador seniors.

Alfaro said: “You have to bring the boys on bit by bit.
