LEICESTER City manager Brendan Rogers is hopeful that talisman Jamie Vardy will be fit for their Carabao Cup match against Albion.
The striker was withdrawn from the squad at half-time of the Foxes 2-1 win over Premier League newcomers Brentford.
Rogers said: "He felt something in warm-up, something in his knee, but he felt ok to give it a go.
"You could see he was not as dynamic or moving like he normally would be, so there was no point risking it further if he is sore.
"So we gave him a breather and brought Daka on. We will have a look at that tomorrow (Monday)."
If Vardy is not fit to play against Albion, Rogers will have to rely on other strikers Patson Daka and Kelechi Iheanacho.
Wesley Fofana, Wilfred Ndidi, Marc Albrighton and James Justin will definitely miss out for the Foxes with their own injury issues.
