MIDFIELDER Enock Mwepu has been praised for his impact performance against Leicester City in the Carabao Cup.
Albion were knocked out of the cup by the Foxes on penalties after Neal Maupay and Mwepu missed their spot-kicks.
Mwepue, despite his penalty miss, was one of the teams better players during the match after he came on as a substitute in the second half.
The midfielder was full of energy and looked a constant threat to the Leicester City side.
Mwepu did get his reward for his efforts when he scored Albion's second equaliser of the night, with a brilliant looping header from a Marc Cucurella cross.
Speaking to the media after the match Potter said: "That is the bit we have kept quiet that he can hit the ball and get in the box and score.
"He has the physicality to be able to nick and read the game.
"He scored against Luton in pre-season and he did well again today.
"He was one of the boys who put in a really good individual performance."
