Robert Sanchez suggested he took one for the team when he was sent off for Albion.
The goalkeeper saw red for a foul outside his box on Callum Wilson.
Albion held on for the 1-1 draw as stand-in keeper Lewis Dunk was not tested.
Sanchez posted on social media: “Important point but we know that we need to do better if we want to win games.
“Big learning experience for everyone. Sometimes have to take one for the team.
“Thank you for the support!!!”
