GRAHAM Potter's Albion have reportedly joined the race to sign Besiktas forward Cyle Larin.
The Canadian striker, who plays in Turkey and for his national side has been in good form for the Istanbul based side who won the league title last season.
Although they are struggling this year to reach the same heights and are currently ninth, Larin has been one of the better players in the team.
The 26-year-old striker, who was born in Brampton, Canada, has notched four goals and an assist in 12 league appearances so far, eight of which have been starts.
He has also scored one goal in the Champions League, which came in Besiktas' 4-1 defeat to Sporting Lisbon.
Larin has been prolific for his national side, scoring 22 goals in 44 appearances for Canada, including a brace in their win over Mexico three weeks ago.
This form has now attracted the interest of several English sides, such as West Ham, Everton, Southampton and Albion according to TeamTalk.
Larin is out of contract next summer and would be free to leave the Turkish side for nothing, he will also be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with any potential suitors in January.
Albion could be considering to sign a striker due to the side's issues in front of goal this season, having only scored 14 goals this season, which is only better than Norwich and Wolves' records.
Neal Maupay's return to form, scoring two in his last two games, will have alleviated worry for the moment for Potter, though so a summer move could be more likely.
The report has also suggested that Albion are interested in making a move for former Chelsea striker and Sheffield United prospect Daniel Jebbison.
The England youth international is preparing on a move away from current loan club Burton Albion and the seagulls are reportedly interested in bringing the youngster down south.
