THE Premier League have appointed referee Tony Harrington for Albion's match against Wolves.

The match between the two is set to be played on Wednesday night with a 7.30pm kick off time.

Harrington will be the man in the middle for the match. He has never refereed an Albion match in the Premier League and has only ever taken charge of two of the club's games before.

The last time the referee was in charge of an Albion match was in 2017 in the club's 1-0 over Blackburn Rovers.

The only over game Harrington has officiated that involved the Seagulls was a 0-0 draw at Barnsley in 2014.

When officiated Wolves matches the West Midlands side have done well.

They have won three of the six matches, losing twice and drawing once.

He will be assisted by Marc Perry and Timothy Wood. The fourth official will be David Coote and VAR will be managed by Craig Pawson.

Pawson's assistant is Stuart Burt.
