Graham Potter has been ruled out of Albion’s trip to Leicester City.

The head coach tested positive for Covid this morning.

Assistant Billy Reid took training today and will be at the helm over the weekend while Potter isolates at home.

Reid said: “We have still to decide how it works.

“He will certainly be linked up at home.

“He had a bit of a rough night last night.

“He tested positive this morning so missed today’s training.

“I’m quite sure he will have an influence on Sunday.”

Reid believes Albion can adapt smoothly to the unforeseen change of plan.

He said: “I’m feeling fine, I was a manager in Scotland at Hamilton for eight years so I know what to expect.

“Obviously this is the Premier League, it’s a big step up.

“I’ve worked alongside Graham for almost nine-and-a-half years now so nothing will change too much.”
