Leicester have no fresh injury concerns for the Premier League visit of Albion.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is available after coming off against Tottenham with a calf issue and Daniel Amartey is back after Ghana’s early Africa Cup of Nations exit.

City still have nine players unavailable through injury or international duty.

Jonny Evans, Wesley Fofana, Ryan Bertrand, Ricardo Pereira, Timothy Castagne, Jamie Vardy, Wilfred Ndidi, Papy Mendy and Kelechi Iheanacho not able to be selected.

City boss Brendan Rodgers said: “I really enjoy the games against Brighton.

“Both of us normally end up tactically changing shapes or doing something different within the game.

"It’s always great from a coaching perspective, that challenge and I enjoy watching them.

“For me they look to play football similar to how we want to play and how I enjoy watching.

“They want to build the game from behind and prepare the game well through the team and give players the opportunity to come in and play at the highest level.”

Rodgers expects his side to bounce back from their late defeat by Tottenham in midweek.

He added: “We have had adverse moments during our time together. We’re very open and very analytical about it and that allows you to move.

"We should have won the game. We’re not trying to blindside anyone. But there’s a great lesson there."
