ALBION have not had a bid rejected for former Barcelona academy striker Abel Ruiz rejected, The Argus understands.
Graham Potter's side were reported to be in the market for a striker to help support Neal Maupay and Danny Welbeck.
The club had previously been linked with moves for Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah and Benfica's Darwin Nunez.
But despite reports they they have not made a bid for the Braga striker. Some media outlets reported the Portuguese side have turned down an offer from Albion for the twice capped Spaniard.
But this has not been confirmed and The Argus understands this is not the case.
With only Maupay and Welbeck as recognised senior strikers at the club it would be beneficial to manager Graham Potter to have another option should one of the two pick up an injury.
