Crawley have parted company with John Yems.
The former manager was initially suspended pending an enquiry into misconduct.
He is alleged to have used discriminatory language and behaviour against his own players.
A club statement today confirmed the departure of Yems but did not allude to the allegations and said the move was made by mutual consent.
Assistant boss Lews Young remains in interim control while Reds start what they describe as “a global search” for a new boss.
Crawley complete their League Two season tomorrow away to Oldham.
