Albion are set for what looks likely to be their final meeting with Mike Dean.
The referee from the Wirral will take charge of their game at Leeds on Sunday.
He retires at the end of the season.
Albion have a terrible record in games when Dean has taken charge.
He most recently refereed their only recent defeat as they went down 3-0 at Manchester City.
The Seagulls have not won any of their last nine games he has reffed, their most recent success being a 1-0 home victory over Huddersfield in 2019 when he played a good advantage ahead of Florin Andone’s goal.
Andre Marriner will assist via video link.
The full officiating team for the Elland Road clash is as follows.
Referee: Mike Dean. Assistants: Darren Cann, Mark Scholes. Fourth official: Robert Jones. VAR: Andre Marriner. Assistant VAR: Neil Davies.
