Albion finished their home season a bit like they started it – and gave their fans a dream finale to an historic campaign.
The team who went 2-0 up in their first home game, versus Watford, hit three without reply in the second half of their final outing.
Their 3-1 win over West Ham secured a ninth-place finish which had been slipping away at half-time.
Brian Owen reviews the action and what was said afterwards – and says Albion’ lap at the end was one of honour as well as appreciation.
