How Albion players rated in the 3-1 win over West Ham.

ROBERT SANCHEZ 7/10

An unusually quiet afternoon but came for crosses and played his passes when required as per usual.

JOEL VELTMAN 9/10

Often described as a bargain signing – and his first goal of the season was worth £6.6 million in prize money while Albion were level at 1-1. That capped a fine performance which saw him use strength and know-how get the better of a really enjoyable tussle with Antonio when he was wide on the Hammers' left.

LEWIS DUNK 7/10

West Ham love to deliver a cross in open play or from set-pieces and he got his head on a fair few, as well as a key sliding interception to deny the lurking Antonio.

ADAM WEBSTER 8/10

More like the defender we have come to know with soaring headers, tough tackles and nice forward-looking passes at times. He will hope for better luck with fitness next season.

MARC CUCURELLA 8/10

Had the usual scope to go forward and was involved in several dangerous moves. Showed precision in the build-up to the Veltman goal and with a delicious rolled pass which Maupay or Welbeck might have converted. Did his job defensively.

YVES BISSOUMA 6/10

Had been struggling with a cold and, while the energy was there, his passing was unusually wasteful at times. Replaced at the break and Albion turned things around without him this time.

MOISES CAICEDO 7/10

Tested Fabianski early and did some valuable work around the park, really coming into his own when given more responsibility after Bissouma’s exit.

PASCAL GROSS 8/10

Has finished the season in style. A ferocious finish to give Albion the lead and was involved in all the goals. The timing of his arrival in attacks helps him find some great pockets of space with which to work magic.

ALEXIS MAC ALLISTER 7/10

Busy in midfield and is quietly proud of the versatility and tactical options he is adding to his game. Operated deeper for much of the time here.

SOLLY MARCH 7/10

Made a strong start to the game, offering Albion’s biggest threat as he operated down the right. Has enjoyed a good run-in.

DANNY WELBECK 7/10

The Argus:

Ended the season in style with a classic downward header. Had earlier failed to take two good chances but was a big part of his side’s build-up play.

SUBS – NEAL MAUPAY 7/10

The Argus:

Clearly fired up, he was a bundle of energy after going on at half-time. Linked up well and was part of a more energised Albion display.

TARIQ LAMPTEY N/A

Involved at both ends after replacing March, with a shot block, a shot of his own and cross which teed up Welbeck.

ENOCK MWEPU N/A

A surprise return from injury and played a part in the second goal.
