Tom McGill is relishing his daily workload with Albion’s senior goalkeepers.

The 22-year-old has signed a new contract that runs until next June.

He is now a part of the first-team goalkeeping group alongside Robert Sanchez, Jason Steele and Kjell Scherpen – and could be in the group which faces Espanyol today.

McGill said: “I really enjoy coming into work every day with the other keepers in the group, as well as with Ben Roberts and Jack Stern, who know how to help me kick on and carry on developing.

“I’ve been here for a long time, it’s home for me and I am looking forward to the coming season.”
