Worthing and Eastbourne Borough are in great heart for their Sussex derby today – after grabbing injury-time winners.

A 2-1 success at Dartford keeps Worthing third in Vanarama National League south.

Borough won for the first time since the opening day as they saw off Dulwich 2-1 at the SO Legal Community Stadium.

Callum Kealy levelled for Worthing in Kent.

Joel Colbran then saw his effort from a corner deflect in for a very late winner.

Worthing have won three out of three on the road and drawn both their home games.

Boss Adam Hinshelwood said: “In the second half, we controlled large parts of the game and it was very pleasing to come away with the win.

“Three wins away from home, you’d take that going into a new league.

“The two draws at home have been against teams who have sat back.

“We have played well, just haven’t converted them into wins.

“I’m pleased with the five performances.”

Worthing will check on Aaron Racine and Danny Barker before Borough visit.

Mitch Dickenson and Shiloh Remy gave Borough their 2-1 success at home to Dulwich Hamlet.

Boss Danny Bloor said: “Last week we were at Hungerford ad I was very critical of my players.

“As critical of them as I was last week, I’m proud of them this week.

“We are really looking forward to going to Worthing.”
