Albion have named an unchanged starting line-up as they chase another home win this afternoon.
Tommy Fraser has recovered from the calf injury that forced him off in the first half against Oldham last Saturday.
He gets the nod to start in midfield ahead of David Martot, the man who replaced him against the Latics.
Jonny Dixon is called on to the subs' bench.
Orient have axed Stuart Nelson after his blunder gifted Nottingham Forest the only goal of last week's game at Brisbane Road.
Nelson is dropped to the bench, along with top scorer Adam Boyd. Glenn Morris takes over between the sticks and playmaker Sean Thornton also returns.
We will have full line-ups, comment and updates throughout the afternoon.
