Roberto De Zerbi believes Alexis Mac Allister should resist any chance to join a new club this month.
The Argentina midfielder is back in training with Seagulls.

A decision will be made tomorrow as to whether he plays any part in the game at Everton.
Mac Allister will be linked with interest from top clubs after his exploits in Qatar.
Chief executive and deputy chairman Paul Barber has said there has been no offer as yet and none are wanted.
De Zerbi and Mac Allister spoke together at the training ground today.
Head coach De Zerbi told a press conference this afternoon: “I am happy if he wants to stay with us until the end of the season and I think it is better for him.
“For us, for sure, but also for him because in this moment changing team in January can be a problem for him.
“For us, for sure, but also for him.”
