Facundo Buonanotte is heading back to Brighton, the Argentinean FA have revealed.
The midfielder is recovering after a heavy fall playing at the CONMEBOL Under-20s Championship.
He spent a night in hospital in Cali due to head and spinal impact suffered late in Argentina’s 2-1 defeat by Paraguay.
Argentina reported this evening that Buonanotte had left the team camp and would travel with a doctor to England to continue treatment and return to action with Albion.
