Everton boss Sean Dyche has revealed the plan which saw his side beat Albion in devastating fashion, writes Carlos Acosta Juckes.
The Toffees counter-attacked to stunning effect to win 5-1 at the Amex.
He said: "They play in a particular way. They create two boxes in the middle of the pitch, they pop and slide it around the corners.
"We´ve been very patient. The patience and the focus and then the ability once you break it to go and react on transition was very pleasing.
"We did so well in the first half, they played better in the second half, I think everyone expected that.
“I said to the players that they are probably going to pick up the tempo, play more direct from crossing positions, getting it wide putting it in the box.
"We held strong. I thought when they did that we´d have moments when it opened up and we did.”
