Andy Madley will referee Albion's game at Arsenal.
His video assistant will be Peter Bankes.
Madley has shown 109 yellow cards and four reds this season in his 30 games, which included the Seagulls’ 4-1 win over Chelsea.
Albion have only lost one of the 19 games in which Madley has refereed them down the years.
But that was a stinging defeat as they crashed 3-1 at non-league Lincoln City in the FA Cup six years ago.
